Definitions

1. 50% of your donations will go to Action for Children (reg charity no. 1097940, reg charity number in Scotland SC038092) 30% to Home-Start (reg charity no. 1108837, reg charity no. in Scotland SC039172) and 20% to Who Cares? Scotland (reg charity no. SC026076 in Scotland ) (“the Charities”)

Card donation

2. Donations made by UK credit/debit cards are subject to a 1.9% + 20p processing fee. All donations made by International credit/debit cards or American Express are subject to a 2.9% + 30p processing fee. All fees are removed from your donation at the point of transaction, with the net amount being paid to the Charity.

3. No VAT will be charged on your donation.

Who can donate?

4. You must be aged 18 or over to make a donation.

Gift Aid

5. If you are a UK taxpayer, your donation will be eligible for Gift Aid. This means Action for Children, Home-Start and Who Cares? Scotland can claim an additional 25p in Gift Aid from the Government for every £1 you donate.

8. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
