155km in March challenge🏃<div><br></div><div>Me and my best friend are completing the challenge of running 155km across the month of March, an average of 5km per day,  in aid of two fantastic causes.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Recently a colleague of mine suffered the terrible loss of her father due to a sudden heart attack whilst out running, cardiac risk in the young or CRY as they are more commonly known aim to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research whilst supporting affected families</div><div><br></div><div>The other cause we will be raising money for is the Air Ambulance service. In October my best mate Corey sadly lost his dad who also had a heart attack while out running. Without the amazing work of the Air Ambulance Corey and his family wouldn’t have had chance to say their goodbyes to Chris.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>With both of these incidents in mind, we intend to raise as much money as possible for both of these fantastic charities and along the way raise awareness of the importance of cardiac health.&nbsp;</div>
