Hello, everyone. I&#x27;m fundraising for these two charities specifically because they mean quite alot to me. I&#x27;ll start with the diabetes research. Many people don&#x27;t my know the affect this can have on indivuals lives, it can lead to all kinds of problems that I&#x27;ve seen first hand. it&#x27;s something very close to my heart and personally I think more people should be made aware about just how dangerous it can be. Next up is the Mental Health Foundation, mental health is something I and people around me have gone through. I won&#x27;t into it too deep, but without support from different types of people along the way and being comfortable to talk, I don&#x27;t think I&#x27;d be here. That&#x27;s why I&#x27;m doing this, to give back to everyone from friends and family to complete strangers that have helped me along the way. Any little helps💙
