Amber's Bio
A 2 x World Championships marathon swimmer, and ultramarathon swimmer (English Channel in 8 hours 46 mins), Amber is a world-class open water swimmer.

Lucky enough to swim all over the world, she experienced both very polluted, and incredibly clean water. After submitting a PhD in Engineering, she combined her passion for reserach and water to work in policy for Surfers Against Sewage, focused on water quality and sewage pollution.
She has been open about the positive and negative impacts that sport has had in her life, and is also a mental health advocate.
