With friendly staff helping with luggage and boarding, the station seemed roomy and well-kept. The lounges by the Aeromexico gate were comfortable and well-appointed, in my opinion. Boarding began on schedule, and the announcements were unambiguous. The layout of the terminal made it simple to use, and I never felt crowded or hurried. Because of this, my experience flying Aeromexico from Miami was convenient, and I would definitely do it again.
