I was particularly grateful to the friendly Delta staff who helped me move seats during check-in. I was seated pleasantly near my gate after a speedy security check. I had time to relax and take use of the free Wi-Fi in addition to the extensive menu options. Boarding started on time, with proper announcements. All in all, leaving Los Angeles was considerably easier than I had expected.
