Baby bummit hitchhike to Glasgow for charity

On the 13th of November I will be hitchiking to edinburgh from Sheffield for charity.&nbsp;<div>I will be participating in the hitchike with over 150 Sheffield uni students who are all part of the fundraising organization bummit.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Any donation is greatly appreciated as its going to a great cause!</div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;any money raised will be going to the following charities</div><div>-ASSIST: Helping asylum seekers applications</div><div><br></div><div>-ROUNDABOUT: Helping homeless in south Yorkshire</div><div><br></div><div>-SHEFFIELD WOMENS AID: Focused on housing women and children in the UK in need of safety.</div><div><br></div><div>-SIMON COMMUNITY SCOTLAND: homelessness charity dedicated to keeping homeless people safe</div>

<div>Hi everyone, This year am taking part in Big Bummit, the biggest charity hitchhike in the UK. On the 23rd March myself and over 100 others, will have 8 days to get from Sheffield all the way to Porto. To do this we will be relying completely on the kindness of strangers for lifts.</div><div><br></div><div>any donation is appreciated, thank you.</div><div><br></div><div>All money raised will be split between five great causes:</div><div><br></div><div>-<b>Weston Park cancer charity</b></div><div>&nbsp;supports those living with cancer and their loved ones. They offer a wide range of support services and activities to make life during and after cancer that bit easier for people</div><div><br></div><div>-<b>snowdrop project</b></div><div>&nbsp;a South Yorkshire based charity that provides long-term holistic support to empower survivors of human trafficking in the UK to recover from their past and rebuild their future.</div><div><br></div><div>-<b>Banco Alimentar Contra a Fome</b></div><div><b>&nbsp; </b>A national food bank organisation and is one of the most important social support organisations in Porto.&nbsp;</div><div>They help other social and non-private organisations by providing them with food to be distributed amongst local communities.&nbsp;</div><div>Their Porto based food bank supports 55,000 people across Porto.</div><div><br></div><div>-<b>bens centre</b></div><div><br></div><div>provides a safe place for those who suffer substance abuse. It is the only damp centre in Sheffield which means that individuals can access support whilst they are under the influence.</div><div><br></div><div>-SAYiT</div><div>&nbsp;charity offering wellbeing support to young LGBTQ+ people in Sheffield. They work with young people aged 8-25 offering a range of support.includimg support and social issues for those affected by HIV.</div><div><br></div><div><b><br></b></div>
