Aims to help bring stability into homeless youth’s lives They do this by: homeless prevention services e.g. mediation with youth and their families, accommodation in hostels, help with transition to independent living, tenancy support 350 bed spaces that they offer and they have been full every night of 2024 so far. Whether they are homeless or at risk of homelessness they support with finding people safe, reliable homes but ensure that the cause of homelessness is tackled at the root.
