I am Orkney and I&#x27;m 10 years old. I&#x27;ve been setting myself endurance challenges since I was 8 years old and so far I&#x27;ve completed running 5 island in 5 days (55km) and a half marathon.I know I can run long distances, so this time I really wanted to do something that would really challenge me, so I&#x27;m doing a triathlon!0.5km sea swim, 20km cycle finished with a 10km coastal run.I am raising money for two charities that are important to me; The Island Haven and Marine Conservation Society.Thank you for supporting me.

Scilly 60% a 40km &#x27;fun run&#x27; that will have me running the coastal route of all but one of the inhabited islands on Scilly. But, there is a cut off time on each island and if I don&#x27;t make it to the finish line in time the boat will leave without me and I&#x27;m out of the race!I have no idea what to expect as a new runner and this will be my first running event - but I&#x27;m excited and I have been training, when time allows! When it gets hardc which I know it will, I&#x27;m going to think of my son Orkney who ran a half marathon at 8 years old- he is the reason I can now call myself a runner 🙌🏼

Hey, I&#x27;m Orkney and I&#x27;m 8 years old and I love running.Last year I ran 55km in 5 days to raise money for two charities and I loved the challenge so much.I want to do one more big run before I&#x27;m 9, so I&#x27;m running a half marathon (21km) to raise money for two really important charities to me.I will be completing my challenge the weekend before my birthday on Sunday March 17th. I will run the coastal route of St Mary&#x27;s which is 18km and then a smaller loop to make 21km.If you could donate any amount it would make me so happy. Thank you. Love Orkney. x

Hi, my name is Orkney and I&#x27;m 8 years old. When I was 4 years old I walked barefoot round the island of St Mary&#x27;s to raise money for charity and I said my next mission was to run round St Mary&#x27;s. But, I&#x27;ve decided to run round all five islands over five days to raise money for two charities that are really important to me; Isles of Scilly wildlife trust and the Marine conservation society.I will be running a total of 55km over five days. I will be finishing on St Mary&#x27;s (the furthest run). My Dad will be running alongside me and hopefully people will join me for sections of the run. This will be the furthest I have ever run in my whole life.Any amount you would like to donate would make me so happy. Thank you! Love Orkney.
