Prestige's Bio
Prestige Group is working on a new ultra-luxury apartment project called Prestige Springwood. It will be located in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, near the Kempegowda International Airport, in a high-growth area. It was built on 2 acres of land, with 80% of the area preserved open and only 20% used for building.
There are 180 apartments in the project's four beautiful towers. The floor designs show 3- and 4-BHK units that are between 1600 and 1900 square feet. Prices range from Rs. 2.40 crore to Rs. 5.2 crores. The project is now at the Expression of Interest (EOI) or Pre-Launch stage. The project is expected to take four years, and the date of possession is slated for December 2030.
