As many of you know we are more likely to be found with a glass of wine in our hands than a GPS tracker and compass! However, to be fair that&#x27;s not likely to change much! But in the need to shift some weight and needing a motivation to get us moving, we have signed up for the Ultra 4 Charity race in the Sahara Desert. We&#x27;ll be the ones with a compass in one hand and a glass of wine in the other hand- its all about balance you know!!!But seriously, we are off in October 2025 to Tunisia to walk 25k through the sand dunes all whilst raising money for 4 fantastic causes which support veterans who fought for us. Head Up, REORG, The Not Forgotten and Team Forces. So if you can stop laughing at the image of us sweating our stuff, walking around in cirlces and actually having the stamina to complete the challenege, then please follow our adventure and if you can spare any money, please sponsor us.Ultra 4 Charity has been set up to help amazing charities raise vital funds while also giving runners and walkers an amazing adventure they’ll remember forever.Event information: Ultra 4 Veterans is a multi-stage ultra-marathon that takes place over two days around the southern Tunisia Desert. It offers three races to choose from; 100km (over two days), 50km &amp; 25km.The course takes participants on looped course starting and finishing in the event village of Tatooine, where the original Star Wars was filmed. You will follow a looped course around the stunning desert, taking in many beautiful ruins and oasis’ as you go.
