Mind provides crucial information and support, campaigns to improve policy and attitudes, and works with local Minds to develop essential services. They ensure no one faces a mental health problem alone, a cause incredibly close to my heart.

My unique activity will push my limits, but I believe it's a powerful way to highlight mental wellbeing. Every step, every effort, is dedicated to Mind. I'll be sharing more about this exciting endeavour very soon!

I am running a marathon to raise money in support of the MS Society, and I need your help! Multiple Sclerosis is a debilitating disease that affects the central nervous system and the lives of millions of people around the world. It is a chronic disease and one of the most common neurological disorders that affect young adults. MS impacts people&#x27;s lives in different ways, and it can be challenging for those diagnosed with the disease to manage their everyday activities, such as simple movements, walking, and even speech.The MS Society is a valuable resource for people who are fighting this disease. They provide information, support, and services to people with MS, their families, and caregivers. They also fund scientific research to find better treatments and ultimately a cure.
