Nervous and excited to say I will be competing in an ultra MMA event for charity! I've chosen PTSD UK as my charity. I'm so happy to use this opportunity to raise awareness for a smaller charity that have a brilliant message, tomorrow CAN be a new day. As someone who has struggled with PTSD for a good portion of my life, I know how important the right information and support is, how scared, crazy and alone you can feel without it. I was lucky to have strong support but not everyone has that privilege and that is what PTSD UK is all about, stigma free support for everyone who needs it.&nbsp;If you are able please donate a few pounds, I know it will make me train harder. For anyone who REALLY wants see me get punched in the face, tickets will be availble soon!I am also doing a raffle for everyone who donates, everyone who contributes will have the chance to pick my walk out music the night of the fight and my fight name. £5 is one raffle ticket £20 is five tickets. It can be as nice or as embarrassing as you want it's all for charity after all.
