For the past year, Russ Cook AKA The Hardest Geezer has been on a mission to become the first person ever to run the entire length of Africa. In the process, he's aiming to raise £1 million for charity.
On the 7th April, after 351 days of running, Russ will be hammering down the final miles, which will see him arrive at Ras ben Sakka in Tunisia, the most northern tip of Africa.
On the 17th of March, Russ released an open invitation to anyone and everyone wanting to come join in the very last leg of his journey. I will be joining him for this final push, running a marathon (and a bit) and witnessing history being made through sheer grit and persevering 1s and 2s...
So dig deep (even if its only a pound) and send in what you can :)
