This March I'll be running my first timed 5K. Alongside going for a top time I'll be fundraising for Alzheimer's Society. Having lost family recently to dementia this one hits closer to home!
1 in 3 people born in the UK today will be diagnosed with dementia at some point in their lifetime so it's critically important to raise awareness and finances to help fund the necessary research!
