I’m running (yes, running) a half marathon for Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity!
That’s 13.1 miles. On purpose. Without being chased.
Why? Because Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity does seriously wonderful work – supporting seriously ill children and their families with specialist nurses who are absolute legends. These nurses don’t just know their stuff – they bring kindness, comfort, and a bit of magic to children facing tough medical conditions.
So while I may be questioning my life choices somewhere around mile 10, I’ll be doing it knowing every blister, breathless gasp, and awkward shuffle is helping raise money for this amazing cause.
