Hello all, I am taking to the MK Rocket 5k to raise money for Mediacal Detection Dogs, whom I have recently become an ambassador for!
Medical Detection Dogs train dogs to detect the odour of human disease with the aim of developing faster, more efficient and less invasive diagnostics that lead to better patient outcomes.
The last running I did was prior to Covid, where I worked up to 10k races, so this is my first one to get back into it and be able to continue to run to raise money for MDD!
MK Rocket 5k is on the 5th May and starts at 9am from Central MK to Stadium MK!
