Headway Plymouth aims to improve lives after Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
ABI can be caused by falls, collisions or assaults - but also though medical issues including stroke, tumours, hypoxia or neuro-toxic injury.
We support patients, families, carers and professionals working with ABI survivors.
We provide signposting, education and information at hospitals and across the discharge process. We also provide 1:1 home and comunity enablement, a social hub and resptite care in our centre and a range of centre and community based rehabilitative activitiesa and peer group support.
