Project TENacity

10 iron distance triathlons.

In 10 days.

In 10 cities.

To raise funds for 10,000 potentially life-saving calls. (£12.20 = 1 call)

10 years on from my suicide attempt (in May 2016).

Edinburgh > Glasgow > Belfast > Dublin > Liverpool > Manchester > Leeds > Cardiff > Bristol > London

Starting on April 30th, finishing on May 9th, 2026. Exactly 10 years on from my second chance at life.

Triathlon has changed my life for the better, and has taught me things I didn’t even know I needed to learn.

It’s created opportunities, conversations, connections, experiences, and forced me to adapt in so many ways.

This isn’t about my individual performance (as I’m a fairly average triathlete in the grand scheme of things), but rather, about your participation.

Each swim will be in a private pool.

Each bike will (hopefully, still a work in progress) be on a closed motor circuit.

Each run will be on an athletics track.

So, let's come together to work as a collective to send a clear and powerful message - we are not alone, and that we can impact change.

I am aiming to raise £122,000 for Calm, to fund 10,000 calls - let’s do this.
