Just keep swimming 💚

So Jess and I have decided to take on the challenge of the Wolf run and I definitely don't have hight or strength on my side. So it will challenge ever part of me which is exactly what every child that has mental health problems has to over come every day. Childs mental health is a huge problem and there just isn't enough support out there for not only children but there parents and siblings. Living with a child with mental health problems is hard, as a parent you need to fix things but mental health doesn't work that way. There isn't a pill you can take and it makes it better. As a sibling your sometime forgotten about or passed from one person to the next. Every day is a constant learning curve. So instead of moaning there isn't enough support I need to try and help get more support by giving just a little bit back to a charity that has helped us as a family for the last two and a half years.
