In May 2025, I will be embarking on the adventure of a lifetime - a 16 day trek to Everest Base Camp! This challenge is not just about conquering mountains but about making a difference. I am raising funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s Research UK, a cause close to my heart, as they work tirelessly to find a cure for dementia. Today, 1 in every 2 people are affected by dementia.
