I'm Taking the Leap for Charity!
In August 2025, I’ll be jumping out of a plane (yes, really!) to raise funds for two incredible Welsh charities that are close to my heart and I have the honour of being involved in: Brynawel Alcohol and Drug Rehab and St John Ambulance Cymru.
Why These Charities?
Brynawel Alcohol and Drug Rehab the leading rehab charity in Wales, provides life-changing support for people struggling with alcohol and substance dependency and ARBD, offering residential rehabilitation and vital services to help individuals and families rebuild their lives.
St John Ambulance Cymru is Wales’ leading first aid charity, empowering communities with life-saving skills, providing medical support and helping ensure that no one is left without care in times of need.
Why Am I Doing This?
Every day, these charities make a real difference in people's lives. Their work is invaluable, but they rely on the generosity of people like you to continue supporting those in need.
So, in a moment of bravery (or madness!), I’ve decided to take the ultimate plunge to raise as much as I can for these amazing causes.
How Can You Help?
Please donate whatever you can—every pound will help transform lives. Your generosity will:
· Provide essential rehabilitation and support for people battling addiction.
· Train more people in life-saving first aid skills.
· Fund vital community projects that make Wales a safer, healthier place for everyone.
Click the donate button and help charities which support some of the most vulnerable people in society!
Thank you for your support—it means the world to me and to those who rely on these amazing charities. Monies raised will be split equally between the two charities.
