🏔️ From my lowest point to the highest peak! ❄️

It's snow joke!

Get ready for an adventure like no other! We're gearing up to climb Mount Everest in honour of our beautiful sister @adventureswithzeebee, and we're on a mission to raise awareness and funds for mental health and body dysmorphia. Joining me on this epic journey are the incredible @bexxibexxi and our guide, Zena's spiritual Godfather, Sir @mostafa_salameh, first Jordanian to climb the 7 summits and North and South Poles.

But before we conquer Everest, we're hitting altitude training @altitudecentre and taking on Snowdon, Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike in 2024. Then forward to Kilimanjaro! 🌄 where, on Zena's birthday, January 7th 2025, we'll pay tribute at the summit. Then, it's onwards and upwards with 6000m and 7000m peaks before we aim for Everest Base Camp in 2025/2026 and finally the ultimate summit in 2027!

Our chosen charity is Mind BLMK.

Mind BLMK works across our communities to support positive mental health and wellbeing. Working closely with a range of partners, they offer a number of activities from wellbeing centres and local venues to make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing of people in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes, and their aim is to make sure that no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
