In July 2024 Charlie and Kyri will be attempting the Arch to Arc Triathlon. The Arch to Arc challenge is a journey that connects London and Paris, by running, swimming and cycling.
The challenge involves:
87 mile run from Marble Arch to Dover
21 mile swim across the English Channel
181 mile bike from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe
Kyri and Charlie will be making a non-stop relay attempt. This will include 1-2 hour segments. They will get little to no sleep for 45-60 hours and attempt a channel swim with close to 45 miles worth of running in their legs.

Noah's Ark Children's Hospice:
Noah's Ark Children's Hospice was established by Michael McInerney following the death of a child in his close family in a local hospital. Unhappy with the options available for the child, he launched Noah's Ark's care for children and families in 2006 after years of fundraising. Noah's Ark Children's Hospice helps babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and their families, make the most of every day. And the charity supports those who do die young to do so in as much comfort as possible, surrounded by family. By providing exceptional care, organising fun activities and days out, Noah's Ark helps families do things they never thought possible. We help those we support to enjoy life as children, rather than as patients; as families, not just as carers. We support over 350 children and families across North and Central London every year.
We believe that every baby, child and young person who is seriously unwell, and their loved ones, should have access to expert and compassionate palliative care from the point of diagnosis. Partnering with London's NHS trusts we have built a home, a community and a team to make that difference.
British Exploring Society:
Charlie attended a 5 week British Exploring Society (BES) expedition to Arctic Svalbard in 2010 which left a lasting impact on him. BES is a youth development charity founded on the belief that challenging experiences can transform lives, empowering and equipping young people with the courage, skills, resilience and determination to make the most of their future.
BES provides young people with access to challenging learning in wild and remote locations to deliver a mix of adventure, knowledge, and personal development.
BES believes in equal access to challenging learning and adventure in the wilderness as an unbeatable preparation for adult life.
Most young people return from a BES expedition with increased self-belief, respect for the environment, a dynamic peer group and the determination and ability to make the most of their future, regardless of where they started out.
