BRIT Challenge - Edge Hill University

Students and Staff at Edge Hill University are taking part in the BRIT Challenge to support and improve student and staff mental health, fitness and wellbeing as part of a UK wide challenge.

We will be encouraging students and staff of all abilities to take part in the BRIT Challenge to improve their own mental health and wellbeing, help destigmatise mental health and champion equality, diversity and inclusion.

We will be raising funds for BRIT and local chairty Rainbow Hub.

Rainbow Hub offer a diverse range of brain injury services aimed at improving the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of children and young people with complex needs, as well as reducing the stress and isolation in their families.
