For the past year, Russ Cook AKA The Hardest Geezer has been on a mission to become the first person ever to run the entire length of Africa. In the process, he's aiming to raise £1 million for charity.
With the end date of 7th April 2024 in sight, it's time to band together to help Russ reach the £1 mil target.
Matthew Bullen here, I have taken on the challenge of running from the bottom to top of Bali and back again a distance of 217km. I will attempt to have it done in 5-7 days.
I will be starting on Saturday 30th of March all contributions will mean the world to me and are going to 2 incredible charity's.
The 2 Charitys are:
The Running Charity - They help to rebuild lifes for young people facing challenges with thier mental health through running and excerise.
SandBlast - Provide support to people and children of Saharawi refugee camps through education, building self reliance and building peoples talents.
