I am taking part in January's notorious SAS 'Fan Dance' in Wales on behalf of the phenomenal charity 'Bromley Mencap' who have proved to be a huge part of our autism journey with our daughter Tallulah.....
The Fan Dance covers 24km over the Brecon Becons, gruelling terrain and weather conditions providing an intense test on the day.
Bromley Mencap have been a light in the sometimes invisible world of navigating autism with our beautiful daughter, not just providing courses and information but care and reassurance when we have needed it the most.
