I am running 3 marathons on 3 consecutive days for Movember and the Matt Hampson Foundation. I would be very grateful for any donations. I will be running on the 13th, 14th and 15th of November.

Movember - A charity which aims to tackle the issues of mens mental health, suicide prevention as well as prostate and testicular cancer. Movember encourages men to speak up and provides help to those who need it most.

The Matt Hampson Foundation - A charity which supports people who have sustained life changing injuries. Beneficiaries and their families can come to the foundation for support. Funds will go to rehabilitation, mentoring and helping people rebuild their lives.

14/11/23 - Marathon 2 - Bristol Downs.

15/11/23 - Marathon 3 - Start at Bristol SU and end at Coombe Dingle for the Rugby 1st XV kick off.
