Students and Staff at Plymouth Marjon University are taking part in the BRIT Challenge to support and improve young adult, student and staff mental health, fitness and wellbeing throughout the UK.
We will be encouraging students and staff of all abilities to take on the BRIT Challenge to improve their own mental health and wellbeing, help destigmatise mental health and champion equality, diversity and inclusion.
We will be raising funds for BRIT and Improving Lives Plymouth
