We're fundraising for three fantastic charities by riding between the three EACH Hospices located in Suffolk, Norwich and Cambridge.
We will also be passing by Addenbrooke's and Ipswich Hospitals, and the respective football grounds for good measure!
The ride is unsupported (we break it, we fix it) and will cover approximately 200 miles/320km over three days...which is pretty challenging for three men of varying fitness levels in their mid forties....
The fundraising is in memory of Grace Zuzu who passed away in May 2022 after a six-month battle against a rare and extremely aggressive type of brain tumour, ETMR.
Grace was just 21 months when she passed away but brought unimaginable happiness to Andy, Cerys and everyone who knew her in her short life.
The ride is also to give thanks and appreciation to all of those who helped Grace, Cerys and Andy along the way, including the dedicated and fantastic staff at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Ipswich Hospital and the Treehouse Hospice in Ipswich.
The three charities we have selected do an amazing job in financially challenging circumstances, and the work they do is desperately needed.
Unbelievably, children's hospices do not receive any funding from Government, and rely entirely on charitable donations to support families with end-of-life care.
Any donation you can make, even in these challenging times, will make a lasting difference to someone's life. Andy and Cerys can testify to that.
Thanks from all of us.
Andy, Steve, Piran.
