Thames Reach Charity

We are Thames Reach – and we’re here to end rough sleeping in London. Whatever their background or situation, we’re here to help people when they feel there’s nowhere to turn. Our services include street outreach 365 nights a year and the operation of assessment centres, hostels and specialist supported housing across London. We also go beyond housing, offering prevention work, health initiatives and a range of employment and education schemes to empower people affected by homelessness to lead independent lives.
