3 months free Runna membership T&Cs

REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS


To qualify for a free 3 months free membership to Runna, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Email invitation: You must have received a direct email from givestar with subject line containing: 'claim your free 3-month Runna membership - worth over £47!' promoting the 3 months free membership to Runna.
  
  
• Claim your fundraising page by 30th June 2025: After receiving the email, you must claim your pre-made fundraising page for your chosen RunThrough event by midnight 30th June 2025. Participants who have claimed their page prior to receiving this email will not qualify for the offer. (Claiming your page means clicking the link to your page in the email, then logging in or creating an account on givestar to access it.)
  
  
• Sign up to Runna with your unique link: Once your page is claimed, you'll receive a follow-up email from givestar with a unique link to the Runna website. You must sign up or log in to Runna via this unique link in order to get access to your free 3 months membership.
  
  

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• This offer is only open to UK residents.
  
  
• 3 months free memberships can only be made to the qualifying fundraisers. They are non-transferable. If you haven’t received your link to access your membership within a week of claiming your fundraising page, please email support@givestar.io
  
  
• Free memberships are available in limited supply and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
  
  
• givestar reserves the right to amend or withdraw this opportunity at any time, without prior notice.
  
  
• Free memberships are limited to one per person. Registering for multiple events does not qualify you for additional 3 months worth of membership access.
  
  
• Incomplete or inaccurate submissions, such as missing information or the use of false details when signing up for givestar or Runna, may result in disqualification from the offer.
  
  
• The offer is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item.
  
  
• This offer is intended for active fundraisers. givestar reserves the right to verify participation in the event or fundraising activity before dispatching free memberships.
  
  
• If you are already a Runna user with a monthly membership and then use the 3-month membership gift card, your membership payments will pause until after the 3-month period of the gift card.
  
  
• If you are already a Runna user with an annual membership, your renewal will be moved back 3 months from when you activate your gift card. 
  
  
• If you are not a member already, you will get the 3 months as part of the gift card, and at the end of the 3 months, you will be prompted to sign up to continue your membership.
