Unlike dealing with automated systems or hard-to-reach phone lines, the face-to-face interaction gave me reassurance that things were being handled properly. There’s a sense of accountability and urgency in this office that is often lacking in airline service centers. This experience showed me the value of having a local office when things go wrong. I highly recommend visiting the Turkish Airlines New York Office if you're in a bind. They can’t perform miracles, but they’ll do their best to get you where you need to go.
