Norse Atlantic Airlines JFK Terminal offers a smooth and streamlined travel experience from the moment you arrive on-site. The check-in attendants were professional and courteous, and the line proceeded quickly considering it was a busy afternoon. Security screening was well-organized too, and the TSA officers were professional. The terminal itself is not as fancy as some, but it's clean and functional. There are sufficient food choices and seating areas to while away the wait time. Boarding the Norse flight was organized and on time. The gate agents had good communication and did a great job of organizing boarding groups. I enjoyed the relaxed yet professional demeanor of the Norse Atlantic crew at the gate. All in all, Norse made my JFK departure comfortable and convenient, setting a good tone for the trip to come.
