I had a great experience flying with Copa Airlines from JFK. The check-in staff were courteous and professional, giving instructions with a friendly demeanor. The Copa Airlines JFK Terminal was well-organized, with numerous signs and courteous employees to assist us throughout the terminal. Security was quick, and the whole process less than 20 minutes. The waiting lounge around the gates was tidy, and I was able to get accessible seating with charging outlets nearby. Boarding was orderly, and zone-based directions were clearly communicated. The crew on the flight was courteous and attentive, assisting the passengers to settle in comfortably. My flight took off on schedule and landed with no problem. Generally, the quality of service and organization was exceptional. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, this terminal provides a trouble-free experience. I would certainly fly Copa Airlines again due to their efficient JFK departure procedure.
